At present time industrial complex of company «Displen» includes two production sectors and a Laboratory of Quality Control.
Technological process of fine powders production on the base of polymer materials is put into practice using different types of equipment and, first of all, different kinds of rotor dispergators.
Fractions of finished product – fine polyethylene powders – are provided by separation with circular shaking sieve of continuous action. High quality is provided with assisting instrumentation and technological instructions.
Contemporary dust-catching equipment,
the system of recycling on the base of mini cooling stack and the purity of the industrial process guarantee keeping all-Union State Standard Requirements and Instructions.
The accepted system of measures for industrial hygiene and sanitary has been providing reliably low level of microbiological bacteriological contamination of the products.
The Production process was divided into two main areas of pulverizing and sifter. On the area of pulverizing several types of rotor dispergators are used. They differ from each other on capacity and granule metric composition of produced powder. The result of pulverizing the granules of polyethylene of high pressure of marks PVD 10803-020, 15803-020 is powder with enough broad range of the size of the particles fluctuating from close to zero to several millimeters. Goods fractions of the produced powder are separated from the rest products of the first pulverization by means of the sifter. A part of remained product of the primary
pulverization with size of the particles, exceeding shift to the right border of the goods fraction, (the so-called sifting out) moves on secondary pulverizing and etc.
As there had not been searched technology of powder production with use of progressive dispergators of new generation by the moment when company “Displen” started the activity, many industrial problems were solved in the process of fabrication of the initial lots. In particular, background of experience has allowed the operators, controlling technological parameters, to shift granule metric twist of products into desired range that was expressed in increase of labor productivity.
Work in conditions of real market, when not whole marketable products are claimed by buyers, has forced to search for the decisions of the problem of the use fine fraction as raw materials. Alongside with direct function of dispergator - pulverization, it was necessary to teach dispergator to produce the integration of the particles in contrast with the initial ones, providing necessary goods fraction. The successful decision of this problem has brought about creation of non-waste technologies of powder production that in turn has considerably raised production profitability and flexibility of its production programs.
For production of colour powder, the granules of the polyethylene mingle beforehand with granules of colour super concentrate of such colour and concentration, which provide the necessary final colour of powder. The received composition is processed on usual technology. Only food marks of the polyethylene and pigment are used at fabrication of powder for necessities of cosmetics industry.
Productivity of pulverization depends on raw material and fluctuates from 40 to 180 kg p/h.
On the stage of sieving there are used circular high- effective shaking sieves of continuous operation.
After the sieving, received products are packed into kraft bags (12.5 kilos each), which are stitched, marked and forwarded to warehouse of finished production.
The manufacture is equipped with contemporary dust collecting equipment.
System of the closed water-supply on base of mini cooling stack is used for cooling the dispergators.
Great attention is paid to full control of the products, checking up entering raw materials, technology process parameters and final goods products.
